The fine print
Trade accounts are available to eligible members of the trade.
Two of the following forms of documentation are required to activate your membership:
- Website
- Business License
- Business Certificate
- Resale License
- Articles of Organization (LLC)
- Articles of Incorporation (INC)
- Employee ID (EIN) Document
- Trade Organization Membership (ex: NEWH, IIDA, ASID, NCIDQ)
- Design Profession Degree/Certificate of Completion
Allow 1 business day to complete this process.
If you live in Florida, New Jersey, North Carolina, or Washington and you are seeking tax exemption, please provide a valid resale license. All other US customers will receive tax exemption automatically.
After your membership is activated by our team, your 20% savings and complimentary samples will automatically be applied to all subsequent orders. Your savings will appear at checkout when logged into your account.
Trade member benefits do not apply to purchases for customization services and fees (including the Drop it Yourself Tool), Print Your Own Design, rush processing, shipping, or taxes. Certain products may be excluded from the trade member benefits.
Twenty five (25) standard processed samples is complimentary per month for members. Additional samples will receive 20% savings. The Membership benefits of complimentary samples and 20% savings on wallpaper panels cannot be combined in one order. Wallpaper panels and samples must be purchased in separate orders to receive Membership benefits.
