First, you will need to measure the space you want to wallpaper. It is essential to have two measurements of the entire surface you want to wallpaper: 
(1) floor to ceiling height
(2) width

These two measurements should INCLUDE any architectural elements such as doors, windows, chair rail, soffits, staircases, adjoining walls, etc. 

The standard panel size sold on the website is 120"H (10 feet). Depending on the paper type you choose, the width of the wallpaper will be either 28"W or 52"W. Interested in customizing the height of your panel? You can do so by clicking the "customize" button. If you still have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

We strongly recommend ordering 10-20% additional wallpaper — or at least one additional panel — for any installation mistakes. Please note that we do NOT automatically include any overages and the exact measurements listed on your invoice or receipt is what will be printed and shipped. Likewise, be advised that wallpaper dye lots and printing times can vary slightly in color depending on when the job is printed, we recommend ordering any extra panels with your initial order vs. returning to purchase in an add on order, this will ensure optimal color matching for your project.

All quotes are valid for 30 days after issue. A new quote may be necessary after 30 days to account for any changes in product pricing, shipping, or customization.

We highly recommend ordering a sample to confirm color and paper type prior to placing your order. Computer screens register color differently and seeing a sample is highly recommended prior to placing your order. Likewise, all of our wallpaper is final sale, and a sample will you are pleased with what you ordered.

Our wallpaper samples are to scale, showing the actual size of the design. They are printed on a per-project basis to share the most accurate materials and colors.

We highly recommend ordering a sample to confirm color and paper texture prior to placing your order. Computer screens register color differently and seeing a sample in person will eliminate any guesswork. All sales are final.

US samples ship via Fedex Ground within three business days of purchase. International samples ship via Fedex Express Economy within three business days of purchase. Looking to meet a deadline? No problem, please email us after your order is placed and we will do our best to accommodate your timeframe. Likewise, members of the trade will receive 20% savings on all wallpaper and complimentary standard processed samples. Shipping is not included and must be paid separately.

But first, please confirm a few things with your installer. Here’s a handy list:
- Let them know our wall coverings arrive with a trim that will need to be removed prior to installation. Read more about our trimming practices here.
- Your installer should also understand our paper is untrimmed, and its important to work with a professional who is well versed in this installation practice. More info here.
- Go over measurements, materials and installation instructions to make sure it fits their technique.

I agree these measurements have been reviewed and meet the specifications of the space to which they will be installed. I understand that any changes to the dimensions after my order has been placed, but before its been printed, will incur a change order fee of 15% of the order total.

I understand all projects are printed to order and all sales are final. I understand orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged under any circumstances.

I am aware that images and colors displayed on screen may vary from monitor to monitor and what is shown here may not be an exact representation of what will be printed. I have purchased and received a physical sample to confirm color and paper type. If my project requires color matching between my wallpaper order and another material in the space, I have discussed this matter with drop it MODERN and understand color matching options and limitations.

I understand this wallpaper requires professional installation by an installer experienced in double cutting and our trimming practices. This proof has been verified by the installer who will hang the wallpaper. The installer has confirmed the measurements on this proof are accurate and that all architectural elements such as soffits, staircases, windows, doors, chair rail, adjoining walls, etc, have been considered.

I understand this order will require a signature upon delivery.

I understand I have 5 days after receiving my order to contact drop it MODERN with any issues.

drop it MODERN does NOT accept returns on any of our products because every project is printed to order. All sales are final and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged under any circumstance. Email us if you have any questions regarding our return policies.

Confirm your measurements and designs have been reviewed and meet the specifications of the space to which they will be installed. Any changes after the order is placed will incur a change order fee of 15% of the order total.

Inspect your order within five (5) days of receiving it. If drop it MODERN is not made aware of any issues within this 5 day window, any potential replacement order requests would be at the liability of the customer. Be sure to verify the pattern and quantity before opening the first roll. Check the wallpaper for any issues. Find something that’s not right? Stop immediately (do not install defective material) and contact us so we can correct your order. If no defect is evident before installation, the material should be inspected after three (3) panels are installed. Our products must be installed by a professional installer experienced with double cutting and our trimming instructions. drop It MODERN is not responsible for errors in paper due to incorrect trimming or hanging practices. If any defect is evident at this time (or at any point in the installation) no additional material should be hung until drop it MODERN is notified. No claims will be allowed for more than 3 panels on the wall. No labor claims will be allowed at any time. Please note, we will require the defective material to be sent back to us for inspection.

Please note, computer and phone screens register color differently, we always recommend ordering a sample before purchasing your wallpaper to confirm you like the printed version color and paper texture. If your wall covering has arrived and the color isn’t what you expected, we still cannot accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds.

International shipping, duties and tax fees are charged separately after the order is placed. Our products are bundled during the packaging process to ensure our customers are getting the best shipping rate possible. Our team will be in touch within 1 business day after order is placed with a shipping quote. This fee will need to be completed before the order can ship. We ship via Fedex. Likewise, international customers are welcome to arrange their own shipping and we can have the order ready for pick. All international orders are subject to duty and tax fees and cannot be avoided. This amount is calculated not by our company, but by the rates set at FedEx as well as customs, taxes, and duties set by the Canadian government to import goods from the United States into the country. These fees are included in the checkout process and passed through us to the designated country's government and required for all imported products. All orders shipped to European businesses require an EORI number to enter production.

Every project is printed to order and requires digital proof approval. Processing time begins after proof is approved.

Standard Panels: Proof is sent via email 5-7 business days after purchase. Ships 3-4 weeks after final approval of proof. Choose shipping time at checkout.

Rush Panels: Proof is sent 2-3 business days after purchase. Ships 7 business days after final approval of proof. Choose shipping time at checkout.
