All orders will be charged the full amount as soon as the order is placed via our online store. If an item is on back order, you will be notified via the website before you place your order. All back order items will be charged in full when the order is placed. We do not charge when item is shipped. All credit card information submitted to us for an online order is encrypted using industry-standard SSL encryption.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items up to 14 days after your purchase for an exchange or store credit only. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your drop it MODERN© purchase, please let us know immediately. Returns are to be made at customer's expense within 14 days of original purchase. Returned products must be sent via UPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items must be in new and unused condition and accompanied by a note stating the reason for your return and a copy of your invoice. You must enclose a copy of your invoice to prevent delay in processing your return and issuing you your refund. When returning a Drop it Modern product, please use the box in which it came, or a box that will accommodate its full size without needing to be folded more times than how it was delivered to you. We cannot accept returned backdrops that have been folded to fit inside an envelope, nor can we issue exchanges or store credit for these items. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your refund once your return is received. We require that you contact us at email@example.com prior to attempting to return your items. Make sure that the subject line reads ATTENTION RETURNS, and the body of your e-mail includes your order number and reason for the return. Please allow one business day to process your order. If you get your order in before 11am PST we will aspire to accomplish same day delivery. Drop it MODERN© is closed Friday-Sunday and on all holidays, and as a result shipping orders will be postponed until the next business day. We ship all domestic orders via UPS and all international orders are shipped via USPS. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. Once you have received your order, you have 48 hours to report any damages, mistakes or missing items.
