Your privacy is a top priority to us while you are shopping on our site. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential, and will not be sold, disclosed third parties, or reused without your permission unless a customer decides to dispute a charge or take legal action against drop it MODERN LLC. 
  • If I place an order, when will I be charged? All orders are charged at the time the order is placed. If an item is on backorder you will still be charged in full at the time the order is placed and the ship date will be indicated in the product title.  
  • Do you accept returns? We want you to be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please contact us and we will help guide you through our return process. We only accept returns and exchanges on products that are not made to order, which only includes our Backdrops & gear. All of our drapery, wallpaper, fabric by the yard and gift wrap purchases are final sale items and may not be returned. Returns and exchanges on Backdrops & Gear are only accepted 10 days after you receive your order.  drop it MODERN will not accept returns or exchanges after the 10 day return period ends. If your order is not returned in its original packaging it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
  • How do I return or exchange an item? If you are eligible for a return or exchange, you are welcome to ship us back your unused purchase for another product of equal or greater value or for store credit within 10 days of your purchase date. Please e-mail our customer service department at info@dropitmodern.com or give us a call at 559.735.9790. Please include in your message your order # and items you wish to return or exchange and if you are eligible, we will provide you with a return label that will be deducted from your exchange or return once it has been process. drop it MODERN is not liable for return shipping expenses. As a part of our return policy, please keep in mind that all customers are required to manually agreed and accepted the terms of our return and exchange policy upon checkout by clicking the "Terms & Conditions" check box regarding protocol for all returns and exchanges on all of our products. 
  • If I mail back a return when can I expect to be refunded? Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to reach us. Upon inspection of the product we will process your return or exchange minus shipping costs. 
  • What does "Final Sale" mean? Final Sale means that the product you purchased may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
